Frequently Asked Questions
Can I reserve my safari without paying a deposit?
No. A deposit is required to secure accommodation, park permits, vehicles, and other travel services.
Can I change my travel dates?
Yes, subject to availability and supplier policies. Additional costs may apply.
What happens if my international flight is delayed?
Please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with you to adjust your itinerary where feasible, although additional costs from third-party suppliers may apply.
Is my deposit refundable?
Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the terms of our accommodation providers, airlines, and other suppliers.
Why do cancellation charges apply?
Many safari services—including lodges, camps, domestic flights, and park permits—must be reserved and paid for in advance. Cancellation charges help cover costs that may already have been incurred.
